Once again - NO SPAM (this includes email, newsgroup, ICQ or any other kind of spamming)! Your account will be immediately terminated without notice and any compensations.

4. Any cheating account will be terminated immediately without notice and any payments.

5. We will not affiliate with webmasters who break any law! You may not advertise our adult sites anyplace that contains actual or simulated depictions of bestiality or child pornography. Additionally, you may not advertise our adult sites anyplace which contains advertisements for bestiality or child pornography.

6. Any attempt to hack / manipulate / or deceive our tracking software will result in immediate termination and reporting of the incident with all of your personal info to the Computer Crimes Division of the FBI.

7. XXmoney has the discretion to suspend any Webmaster account for excessive chargebacks and fraudulent transactions. If a Webmaster's account is in question due to excessive chargebacks and fraudulent transactions, XXmoney can suspend any and all payments to the Webmaster until all future charges clear. If chargebacks continue, the Webmaster account will be eliminated.

8. No commissions will be paid on fraudulent transactions and payments may be withheld if fraud is suspected.

9. You may only use the banners provided for you in our banner area. Our banners are 100% legal and are "OK'd" by our legal counsel! However, if you have an idea for a banner that you think would help you to get better "pull," we'd be happy to hear it.

10. Misleading statements in your advertising pages will result in termination and forfeiture of earnings. Ex. Telling the surfer it is a FREE TRIAL, Telling the surfer to signup and then cancel or coercing a click or signup in exchange for cash or product from one's site.

11. Text links may be used but the text must be a proper description of the site you're advertising. You may not create or use any other banners to send traffic to our site.

12. We reserves the right to terminate webmasters from the partnership affiliate program for any reason and without any notice. Grossly unproductive traffic and cheating will result in account termination.

13. Password and Warez sites are not eligible for this affiliate program. If you're caught using them, you will not be paid!

14. Sites hosted by xoom.com, angelfire.com, aol.com, geocities.com or any other free web space provider (non-adult) are not permitted to join.
